M0BILE ROBOT

Shreeram Electronics developed a mobile type robot, This robot can move Forward Reverse ,can rotate Clockwise and Anticlockwise .

Movements of the robot can control by handy Infra-Red Remote Control Unit.

Robot can program by computer through 8 bit via printer port .Number of sequence of the movements can be programmed by computer in Basic, C or C++ language .

Robot have a built in Digital Talking Clock Time is displayed in LCD display. Talking clock tells time for every one hour .Beside after pressing right hand button present time can hear .Alarm also set in 3 different sounds.

A mini Red Colour Push Button Switch is provided at the neck of robot to a play a song “ Ganpati Bappa Morya , Mangal Murti Morya “ for three times

A mini Microphone is fitted front side at top to record song ,music or speech for 20 Seconds .this recorded music can play back by pressing mini Green Push Button Switch .

8 number of different colour LED are provided on top to indicate status of 8 Bit data received from computer through printer port . This facility very useful to students for study of robot programming .

The main future of the robot is robot can control or program by wireless from maximum 50 meter distance using Personal Computer or Laptop in Basic ,Visual Basic , C or C++

Strong hand of robot can carry a weight of 1Kg material from one place to another.

Remotely Control Robot

Work Robot was designed to be medium size ,yet powerful . Work Robot is an electric powered cart or 20 Kg payload transporter. Its dual 12V DC motors boasting self contained worm gear drive ,these motor propel Work Robot to speeds up to up to 1.0 Kilo Meter per hour. It can move forward ,reverse ,left. right by manual Joy stick control or wireless remote control from maximum 50 Meters distance.A wireless camera fitted on the top can rotate 130 degrees horizontal and transmit video pictures which can capture by on nearby TV or Video monitor at about 50 meter distance.

Work robot have built in battery chargers to charge its internal batteries . 2 Nos. of 12V – 7 AH SMF Batteries are provided .One for motor circuit and other for control circuit , This batteries are charged from mains outlet.

Battery status indicator shows the voltage of the battery ,The three LED lamps indicates the voltage of the battery .

1 ) Red LED – Above 12.5 V , 2) Green LED – 11.0 V to 12.5 V

3) Yellow LED - Bellow – 11.0 V

Battery select switch is provided to select the status of either control circuit battery or motor circuit battery .

Power switches 1) A MCB of 10 Amps is provided for motor circuit ,

2) A Toggle switch is provided for control circuit

Applications Work Robot is designed to use in industry hospitals hotels and in home .It will carry material from one place to another .Work Robot will work as mini mobile laboratory in hospitals . Test instruments can be fitted on work robot for industrial applications.Also work as security gaurd.
